To ensure a smooth experience for both you and your therapist, please take a moment to read our policies below.

Consultation & Consent

An initial consultation and pre-assessment form must be completed and signed before any treatment or booking can be confirmed. This form is sent separately from my booking partner and must be submitted prior to your first appointment.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice where possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so your appointment time can be offered to someone else. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid charges. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50%, and no-shows 100%.

 

Health

Please share any health concerns, injuries, or allergies so I can tailor your treatment safely. If you are feeling unwell (e.g., fever, flu-like symptoms, or contagious illness), it’s best to reschedule.

 

Clothing

Massage normally requires some removal of clothing, but this will always be adapted to your personal comfort and dignity. You will be professionally and appropriately draped at all times.

 

Boundaries

Massage is a safe, respectful, and professional service at all times. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in the session ending immediately.
