At Reach Therapies, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, professional sports massage treatments in the comfort and convenience of your own space.
To ensure a smooth experience for both you and your therapist, please take a moment to read our policies below.
Consultation & Consent
An initial consultation and pre-assessment form must be completed and signed before any treatment or booking can be confirmed. This form is sent separately from my booking partner and must be submitted prior to your first appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice where possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so your appointment time can be offered to someone else. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid charges. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50%, and no-shows 100%.
Setup
Please allow a comfy space (about 8ft x 4ft). I’ll arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up. For your comfort, please provide one full-size bath towel and two hand towels for your session.
Health
Please share any health concerns, injuries, or allergies so I can tailor your treatment safely. If you are feeling unwell (e.g., fever, flu-like symptoms, or contagious illness), it’s best to reschedule.
Clothing
Massage normally requires some removal of clothing, but this will always be adapted to your personal comfort and dignity. You will be professionally and appropriately draped at all times.
Pets
For safety, hygiene, and relaxation, pets should be kept in a separate room or secure space wherever possible during the appointment.
Travel & Parking
Bookings outside my standard service area may incur a small additional travel charge, which will be confirmed before your appointment. Any parking fees must be covered by the client.
Boundaries
Massage is a safe, respectful, and professional service at all times. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in the session ending immediately.

Please be ready at your appointment time and ensure the environment is clean, safe, smoke-free, and calm for the best treatment experience.
